Drawing only for food and killing only for money, 24-year-old Samuel 'Dee-struction' Early is a specialist enlisted in the New York Army Nat'l Guard as an engineer. Currently, he is serving as a US soldier in Operation Iraqi Freedom, and will continue to do so until sometime in 2005.
His comic Upstate! (and this site) will continue to update, thanks to the efforts of an on-base internet hookup and a tired old digital camera. The best way to contact him during this time is via his e-mail at samdoug@stalo.com

Oh joy. Once again I'm sunk time into setting up another account. I'm slow to update my LiveJournal, and haven't done much with deviantART lately. DA seems pretty bogged down as well. So, consider this shopping around.
Much of what I have done here in Iraq will be in this account. Much of my older art (such as my MST3k renderings and other pointless sketches) will be uploaded in DA. Seems fitting, yes?
